By ordering a product on the site you accept these terms and conditions.
How to trade with KovaLine
1. Find the items you wish to order, place them in the shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout.
2. Enter your personal information
3. Choose delivery and payment method.
4. Read and confirm that you agree with our terms and conditions.
5. Check that all of the information is correct on the summary page and then approve the order.
All the products on this webshop is updated with our stock - Your guarantee that the products are available.
Order confirmation and receipt
You are able to change the information that you have provided, including delivery and invoice information, before you place your order. Furthermore, you are able to change or remove the goods in your shopping basket.
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. This email will confirm that KovaLine International has received your order.
The total price is stated on the order confirmation includes the price of the products, VAT, other costs, charges and delivery costs.
To shop on KovaLine.com, you can use a credit card or PayPal.
We accept the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa.
When you choose a card, the whole amount that will be debited from your account is shown. The transaction will be completed when your order is shipped from our stock.
Goods purchased on KovaLine.com are delivered by GLS or DSV.
For orders to other countries, delivery time is usually between 3-10 business days. However, there may be additional delivery times for e.g. islands.
If KovaLine International is unable to deliver the order within 30 calendar days of the order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement.
The delivery and the trade agreement are considered completed once you have received your order.
Right to withdraw
When you shop at KovaLine.com, you have the right to cancel your order agreement without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
The cancellation period expires 14 calendar days from the date your order is received at the address. In order to use your right of withdrawal please inform us by letter or e-mail:

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you including delivery costs, but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from that date, where we have been notified of the cancellation of the purchase agreement.
Refund is made to the account that you have used when ordering.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or you have submitted documentation for returning the goods.
You must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your cancellation of the order. The deadline is accepted if you return the goods before the limit of 14 days.
You must pay the costs by returning the goods.
You will be held responsible if the product has been damaged in your custody.
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the warranty of conformity for products is valid for two years for all products.
This means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that have occurred within 2 years of receipt of the product.
It is a prerequisite that these deficiencies have not arisen due to inappropriate storage in your custody.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect or fault. According to the right of complaint you can get the item exchanged the money refunded or have a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
In connection with claims for complaints, KovaLine.com retains costs for return reasonably.
We cannot be held responsible for minor differences on the products in relation to the images on KovaLine.com as there may be changes / renewal of labels and packaging.

Return of products must be sent to this address. Return can also be done by refusing to receive the item.
Please note that we do not receive packages sent per. collect or collect packages sent as a package without delivery
You have the right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Board if you are dissatisfied with the item you have purchased and can not reach agreement with the decision with us. Follow this link to the Consumer Complaints Board to file an online complaint. Consumers outside Denmark may use the EU Commission.

The purchase order is subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. As you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this item 12 will affect your statutory rights as such.
